About.
My creative journey began with sitting across the dinner table with pencil and paper, drawing portraits of my friends— I loved the challenge it brought and the way it was a picture in time of the people I loved and their unique faces. It was an early way of connecting with people through art, and it laid the foundation for everything that came after. In 2017, I started really painting. My first ever real acrylic painting was a 36 x 48in piece that still hangs in the stairwell of my family home. Its where I fell deeply in love with colour—the way it could communicate emotion without needing to explain, and especially the freedom it offered, the act of painting became a kind of an escape for me, a space where time slows down and intuition takes over.
My current work is rooted in intuition and emotion, using bright, bold, crisp colours to explore abstract representations. Each piece emerges through an organic process, that’s guided more by feeling than by a plan. I rarely start with a fixed idea—I like to let the colours, forms, and textures to lead the way. Painting for me isn’t just about creating an image; it’s about translating an internal state, a moment, or a feeling into something visual.
